Description :
Hello.
I am interested in hiring a programmer to develop a lead management database system.
I have a call center where my operators contact leads to sell them our services. I need the program to update each individual lead status (to various stages of the sales process), and I need the functionality to 'recycle' unresponsive, unsold or in contacted leads back into the lead management system. So I need to have a view of individual leads that can be updated and have notes added to their profile page.
I need to have a master ADMIN section (and the ability to add other administrators) and a section where my operators can access to view new leads and update leads on a limited basis.
I would also like a way for me to add "operators" to the system and have the program DISBURSE leads (that are inputted either manually or by web form) randomly and equally to each operator I have.
I would like to be able to add leads to the program by web form and manually.
Are you able to construct this type of program for me, and if so, what would the estimated time to completion be?
